The goal of our Organizational Design practice is to help leaders move from defining a strategy to putting in place an organization that enables the strategy to be executed, properly and predictably. We believe that an effective organizational design model guides an executive answering tough questions in a thoughtful and well integrated way.

We have the unique expertise necessary to incorporate cyber security into an organization's design model; thereby ensuring a risk posture enabled by the core components of any organization, such as the culture, the values, and the people.

At the core of our approach is design thinking. Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that is empowered through the desire to integrate the needs of people, possibilities of technology, and the requirements of business success. Taking this approach can completely change the way an organization develops products, services, processes, and strategy.

At Summers & Company, we utilize this deeply human process to solve the most complex problems. It draws strength from our ability to be intuitive, to recognize patterns, to construct ideas that are emotionally meaningful as well as functional.
